This service does not include any filing, service, or publication fees and does not cover any contested matters including legal representation in proceedings relevant to the filing of caveats or objections to the validity of a will or the qualifications of an executor. Cancellation Policy

MANGRUM & MANGRUM, LLC BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY Effective Date: May 22, 2025 At Mangrum & Mangrum, LLC, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional legal services through careful scheduling and preparation. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our appointment system, the following policies apply to all clients booking appointments through our website. 1. Appointment Booking Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm all standard legal consultation appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total fee for legal services, provided the appointment is kept or cancelled with adequate notice. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the $100.00 deposit, which will be retained as a cancellation fee. 3. Estate Planning Retainers (Wills and Trusts) All appointments related to estate planning services, including wills, trusts, and related documents, are subject to the following advance payment policy: At the time of booking, clients must pay one-half (½) of the total flat fee for the estate planning service as an advance retainer. The remaining one-half (½) of the total fee will be automatically billed once the documents are completed in executable format and the client is notified that the documents are ready for signature. Payment of the balance is required before or at the time of execution of documents, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This retainer secures your appointment and covers the preliminary preparation and consultation involved in your estate planning matter. The advance retainer is considered earned upon commencement of work and is non-refundable except as otherwise required by applicable law. 4. Method of Payment Payments may be made securely through our website at the time of booking using a major credit or debit card. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure third-party payment provider. 5. Acknowledgment and Agreement By proceeding with booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Booking and Payment Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with booking.
